Setting up our tree. One on my FAVORITE nights of the year.
McKay, working hard to get that ornament on just right.
Love this face.
After the tree was decorated and jammies were on, McKay snuggled on the couch for a while - it seemed he was just taking in the lights and the Christmas tunes and soaking up the feeling.
Watching the nativity.
Spanish Fork's festival of lights. New Klain family tradition!
We got tickets to see the Christmas concert at Temple Square. Dillon and Ashley joined us. It was so much fun, and was a great way to feel the true Spirit of Christmas.
Ward Christmas party! Ho Ho Ho.
Ha ha ha.
Decorating a ginger bread house. Ok, I should have let him have more say in it.
Helping me fill bags with cookie dough balls. He had to count 12 cookies into each bag and was a great helper!
At the Riverwoods for our annual horse-drawn wagon ride. It was RAINING on us that night!
Stopped in to see Santa.
McKay told the big man he wanted 4 cars.
Very wet yet totally worth it!
We spent a Monday night visiting folks in a Senior Center. Andrew and Abby (and Amy) Kennington joined us. The people we visited were so sweet and so happy to see the children. Another new Klain family tradition, for sure! This is what Christmas is really about.
